• Professional information;
• Commercial File information;
• Commercial Review statuses;
• Public contact information selected by the participant.

Participants remain responsible for determining the information they choose to include within their Commercial Files.

BEYARE displays Commercial Files, not confidential documents.

Supporting documents submitted for Commercial Review are not publicly displayed through the Platform.

Only Commercial Files and applicable Commercial Review statuses are visible to users.

Supporting documents are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to other users or counterparties except:

• With the participant's consent;
• Where required by law;
• Where required by a court, regulator or competent authority; or
• Where necessary to protect the rights, security or integrity of BEYARE.

Participants remain free to share supporting documentation directly with counterparties at their discretion.

BEYARE implements reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, loss or misuse.

No electronic system can guarantee absolute security.

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Maintain Commercial Files;
• Administer the Platform;
• Comply with legal obligations;
• Resolve disputes; and
• Protect the integrity of the Commercial Registry.

Participants may request:

• Access to their information;
• Correction of inaccurate information;
• Updating of Commercial Files; and
• Removal of information, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.

BEYARE may use third-party providers for hosting, storage, analytics, communications and other services necessary to operate the Platform.

Such providers may have access to information solely to the extent necessary to perform their services.

BEYARE may in future use artificial intelligence, document intelligence or automation tools to assist with the organization, extraction and review of information submitted by participants.

Any such tools shall assist the review process only.

Final decisions relating to Commercial Review statuses remain under the control of BEYARE.

BEYARE may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Continued use of the Platform following publication of an updated Policy constitutes acceptance of such changes.
