BEYARE Commercial Review Standard
Commercial Files are reviewed by BEYARE in accordance with its Commercial Review Standard.
The review is conducted manually by BEYARE and is intended to organize and present commercial information in a standardized manner.
To open a Commercial File, applicants are required to provide minimum documentation establishing their existence as a company or professional.
Once a Commercial File has been opened, participants may strengthen and expand their Commercial File over time by submitting additional information and supporting documents under the applicable Commercial Review categories.
Supporting documents are not publicly accessible on BEYARE. Only the Commercial File and the results of the applicable review categories are displayed. Supporting documents remain under the control of the owner and may be shared directly with counterparties at their discretion.
No automated scoring, rankings or algorithmic assessments are applied.
